• Ladies Gym. We are very happy to now be opening St Austell's only Ladies gym, in which we are able to offer the best in fitness equipment. The fitness suite is fully staffed by trained gym instructors and they will be there for help and support to help you reach those all important goals. • NEW Gym Classes will be starting in January 2012 to help us all get into shape for the coming summer. We will be offering classes for woman and men from Abb classes, Brazilian butt lift, Bums legs and tums, Kettlebell's, Circuit training, for example.
